This is an exciting opportunity for a Virtual Assistant with strong administrative skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a knack for staying organized and on top of tasks.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate email communications.
Organize and maintain files in Google Drive.
Create and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Project Management: Work with the Operations Director to keep projects organized and on track using Asana.
Monitor task deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Assist in streamlining and documenting workflows and processes.
Content & Marketing Support (Preferred): Review and make minor amendments to marketing copy.
Proofread and format content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate on ideas to enhance content quality.
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide regular updates to the Operations Director on task and project status.
Qualifications Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
(Preferred) Background in marketing or content writing.
