-Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring runs smoothly
-Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities
-Take full responsibility of all Immigration and DOLE issues and operations
-Monitor the team for the documentation and operation
-Update the Masterfile of the tracker for easy tracking of the status
-Prepare Weekly and Monthly Report
-Evaluate all documents that will be submitted to the respective government agencies
-Coordination with the internal contact for the transactions
