1. Checks availability and dispatches Finished Goods to delivery personnel, customer or product representative based on the delivery documents or issued documents.
2. Ensures that the products for delivery are with the correct batch/lot number according to covering documents, have no physical defects, properly tagged and are correctly stockpiled prior delivery following established warehousing procedure.
3. Check the compliance of the delivery vehicle and delivery personnel base on OFI-EM-083 Delivery Truck and Personnel Inspection Checklist.
4. Assist in loading of Finished Goods for local and export shipment.
5. Responsible in receiving of returned and/or rejected Finished Goods. For Bulk returned and/or rejected Finished Goods instruct the forklift operator to place the items on the designated area for non-conforming items.
6. Responsible in checking the completeness of documents prior to signing the dispatched sheet.
7. Performs his/her assigned task according to prescribed procedures and instructions.
8. Responsible for the timely and accurate recording of data, and/or other documents as assigned by his/her superior.
9. Ensures that he performs his work assignment complying with prescribed proper warehousing, GMP, sanitation and safety standards and instructions.
10. Informs his/her superior of material, tools and other supplies needed for his use, as needed.

Qualifications:
1. College graduate or college level.
2. Knowledge in warehousing is a must.
3. Experience in food handling is an advantage.
4. With leadership skills.
5. Can work with minimal supervision.
6. Willing to work on a shifting schedule
