Analyze channel metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance visibility and growth. Video Editing: Edit raw video footage to create engaging videos that align with our brand and content strategy. Implement creative and dynamic video effects, transitions, and graphics as needed. Ensure all videos are properly formatted and optimized for YouTube and other platforms. YouTube Ads: Develop and execute YouTube advertising campaigns. Monitor ad performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube advertising best practices and strategies. Podcast Posting: Convert audio podcasts into video format, adding relevant visuals and branding elements. Optimize podcast videos for search and visibility on YouTube. Promote podcasts across other platforms and social channels as needed. Content Strategy and Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to align YouTube content with broader marketing and content strategies. Offer strategic insights and recommendations for content development based on YouTube trends and analytics. Community Engagement: Engage with our YouTube community by responding to comments, answering queries, and moderating discussions as needed. Implement strategies to encourage community growth and interaction. Requirements REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels. Strong video editing skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. Experience with YouTube advertising and analytics. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of current YouTube trends, SEO, and best practices.
