What will you be doing?The People Operations and Technology team is a part of the Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing place to work.

The team drives to redesign the HR processes and tools to provide an innovative and seamless experience to our employees around the world.

As a Zendesk Administrator, you will ensure the efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes.

Besides that, you will also establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs using technology tools and platforms.

Collaborate, administer, and configure Zendesk to meet the needs of the People Services Team and employees.

Fulfilling various ad hoc needs for Service Technology team subject to a pre-defined service level agreement.

Delivery of data analysis from a variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights.

Maintaining documents detailing technology processes.

Ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.

Documenting and conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed.

Troubleshoot and resolve any Zendesk-related issues, disruptions, or downtimes.

Ensuring technology tools and platforms are working as expected.

Assisting with the development of scalable solutions using available technologies.

Producing work following set quality standards to achieve satisfactory quality and consistency.

Continuously drive operational excellence.

Who are we looking for?A degree qualified in Business/Human Resources or related discipline.

At least 2 years of relevant experience Experience in Zendesk administration and configuration is preferred.

A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with great interpersonal skills Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box.

The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Flexibility to work on some PH holidays based on business need.
